Any lady desiring to become a member of The Ladies’ Oriental Shrine of North America (LOS), must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and related by birth, marriage or adoption to a member in good standing, or a deceased member who was in good standing at the time of death to either a member of Shriners International, or a Master Mason, or sponsored by 2 members of LOSNA.

Any lady applying must be an actual resident for at least six (6) months in the area of the Court to which she applies. Actual resident is defined to mean the place where the applicant, in good faith, makes her home.
